Stiles Shop Solutions Introduces New Line of Mid-Range Edgebanders Featuring Easy Controller Technology

Brandt introduces their 420 and 430 C series Optimat edgebanders with new EC-10+ program control and optional pre-milling and contour trimming units from Stiles Shop Solutions, a division of Stiles Machinery Inc. Designed for entry to moderate levels of production, the 400 series of Brandt machines is best suited to custom edgebanding operations in which thick PVC may be used and quick changeover is required. The EC-10+ is a new controller style designed for ease of use, operational simplicity and a long life span. Standard features on the Brandt 420 series include electronic line control, central top pressure and unit height adjustment, precision end-trim, scraping and buffing. Step up to the 430 C machines to add single motor contour trimming. Both the 420 and the 430 C come standard with Brandt's patented Dust Flow Control (DFC) cutter head technology on their fine trim stations and offer diamond cutter head pre-milling units. Both machines will handle up to 8 mm solid wood strips and 3 mm coiled PVC.
