Newly introduced, the Ironwood DBR 50 double-line boring machine is ergonomically designed for applications that require drilling of multiple rows in a single function, specifically developed for closet and larger cabinet manufacturers. This rugged machine boasts quick set-up times, digital read-outs for improved accuracy and a conveniently large working surface for applications.

Features & Advantages

  • Six quick-release pneumatic clamps, pressure-controlled, ensuring that workpieces are secured firmly
  • Clamps are designed with rubber coating to prevent potential damage to the workpiece
  • Pivoting control box with a drilling feed speed adjustment, automatic and manual control modes, and a buffer system with braking
  • Analog scales are angled for easy viewing with both metric and English measurements
  • Capable of drilling smaller workpieces due to additional support
  • 3 meter extension fence composed of three separate sections for superior durability
  • Convenient tool storage door on front of the machine allows for storage of up to 50 additional drill bits
  • Manual release mechanism results in quick set-ups for 37mm and 44mm settings
