Stiles Shop Solutions is a division of Stiles Machinery, the largest distributor of
panel processing equipment in the U.S. Since 1985, Stiles Shop Solutions has
focused on supplying small- to medium-sized woodworking shops with quality
equipment and the best support services in the industry.

Peter Kleinschmidt, President of Stiles Machinery, recognized that smaller shops
have different needs than those of high-production facilities. They require
expertise in selecting the right equipment to promote growth and efficiency, as
well as a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face in the
industry today. Stiles Shop Solutions' experienced sales force is specifically
trained to serve this market.
Why are some products sold by both Stiles Shop Solutions and Stiles?
Stiles Shop Solutions and Stiles strive to provide the highest quality products
across the nation. In several cases, that means one supplier is chosen to
manufacture equipment for both divisions. Larger, high-production models are
offered by Stiles, while smaller models are distributed by Stiles Shop Solutions.
These products are:
Brandt Edgebanders: Stiles Shop Solutions supplies the majority of Brandt's
product line, while Stiles distributes strictly postformers, foilers and
shaper/sanders.
Bütfering Sanders: Stiles Shop Solutions supplies sanders primarily for
solid wood applications and some veneer, while Stiles offers the larger model
sanders used predominantly in veneer applications.
Weeke Routers & Machining Centers: As with the routers, the decision to contact
Stiles or Stiles Shop Solutions for a machining center is determined by the level
of sophistication and routing capacities required by the shop.
Do I have to purchase my equipment through a local dealer?
Stiles Shop Solutions strives to provide our customers with highly trained,
knowledgeable sales personnel. Whether your shop is located in an area covered
by an Stiles Shop Solutions direct sales representative, or one of our
distributors, your support will be first-class. Each sales representative or
distributor has an exclusive territory. If, for any reason, you choose not to
work with the sales representative in your area, you may deal directly with the
designated Stiles Shop Solutions Regional Sales Manager (see Company
Contacts). However, pricing is not affected when bypassing your local
sales representative.
What can I expect in terms of parts and service?

Parts Department stocks over $11,000,000 worth of parts to insure a timely
response to your needs. Additionally, Stiles offers a dedicated staff for 24-hour technical phone support on a regional and national basis. If, following phone support, you
require a trained technician to visit your shop, Stiles can choose from
over 100 Field Service Representatives across the country to best serve
our customers.
